Word of God
2 Peter 1:19-21; Psalm 19:7; Proverbs 30:5; John 17:17; John 8:31-32;
2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; Hebrews 4:12; 2 Peter 1:3; Acts 20:32
We believe that the Bible, as the infallible Word of God, without error, and inspired by the Holy Spirit, has supreme authority and is sufficient in all matters of faith and conduct.

Trinity
Jeremiah 10:10; Deuteronomy 6:4; John 5:26; Malachi 3:6;7; Deuteronomy 6:4;7; Genesis 1:1;
2 Corinthians 13:14; 2 Peter 1:1; Ephesians 1:3; John 1:1-3; Psalm 2:7; John 15:26; 20:22
We believe that there is one living and true God, self-sufficient without passions or parts, eternally existing in three persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These are equal in every divine perfection and essence and are distinguished in their relations of origin: the Father is neither begotten nor proceeding, the Son eternally begotten of the Father, and the Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father and the Son.
God the Father
Psalm 147:5; John 4:24; Exodus 15:11; Proverbs 3:19; 2 Chronicles 25:8;
1 John 4:6; Proverbs 16:33;
Psalm 145:9; 1 Peter 3:12;
2 Timothy 1:9
We believe in God the Father, an infinite, personal spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power and love. We believe that He infallibly foreknows all that shall come to pass, that He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men, that He hears and answers prayer, and that He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ
John 3:16; Luke 1:35; Isaiah 7:14; Hebrews 4:15;
Matthew 9:6-8; Luke 24:27;
2 Corinthians 5:21; Luke 24:39;
Acts 1:9-11; Hebrews 7:25;
Matthew 24:30; John 1:1; John 1:14;
1 Timothy 2:5-6; Colossians 2:9
We believe in Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, and teachings. We believe in His substitutionary atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, perpetual intercession for His people, and personal visible return to earth. Jesus is both very God and very man, the unique Mediator between God and man, His distinct natures inseparably joined in one person, without conversion, composition, or confusion.
Holy Spirit
John 14:26; John 15:26; John 16:8-9; Titus 3:5; John 3:5; Romans 8:9;
1 Corinthians 6:11; 1 Peter 1:2;
John 16:13; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 3:16; John 16:7
We believe in the Holy Spirit who proceeds from the Father and Son to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and to regenerate, sanctify, and empower all who believe in Jesus Christ. We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Christ, and that He is an abiding Helper, Teacher, and Guide.
Man
Genesis 1:27; Genesis 3:1-24;
Romans 3:23; Roman 5:12; Psalm 51:5;
1 John 1:8-10; Ecclesiastes 7:29; Ephesians 2:1-5; Colossians 2:13;
2 Corinthians 5:17-18; Romans 5:10; Colossians 1:20
We believe that man was created by God in His own image; that he sinned and thereby incurred physical, spiritual and eternal death; that as a consequence, all human beings are born with a sinful nature and are sinners by choice and therefore under condemnation. Man’s only hope for reconciliation with a Holy God is the free gift of grace through Christ.
Salvation
Revelation 13:8; John 10:18; Romans 6:10-11; John 17:1-5; John 6:36-37; Hebrews 7:22; Acts 11:18;
2 Corinthians 7:10; Ephesians 2:8-9;
1 Peter 2:24; Romans 5:8-9; 2 Corinthians 5:12; Romans 8:29-30; Romans 6:23
We believe that the covenant of redemption is the eternal agreement within the Godhead in which the Father appointed the Son to become incarnate, suffer, and die as a federal head of mankind to make an atonement for their sin. The Father promised to reward the Son’s voluntary redemption by raising Christ from the dead, glorifying Him, and giving Him a people. This is the foundation of the Covenant of Grace where God grants repentance unto life to those saved by grace through the instrument of faith in Christ. When Jesus paid the penalty for our sin, satisfying the Father’s wrath, He also imputed to us the righteousness from His perfect obedience. Everyone who believes in Christ is justified, adopted, sanctified, and glorified by grace alone.
The Church
Hebrews 12:23; 1 Corinthians 1:2; 1 Corinthians 1:10; Hebrews 10:25; Hebrews 10:24-25;
2 Timothy 3:16-17; Matthew 28:19-20; Ephesians 4:15-16;
Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8; John 10:16
We believe in the universal church, a living spiritual body of which Christ is the head and all regenerated persons are members. We believe in the local church; a body of believers under the headship of Jesus Christ, united in love, meeting regularly to worship God and to equip one another to good works in accordance with and under the authority of God’s Word, observing the sacraments and maturing in faith under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We believe that the mission of the church is to make disciples of the nations by the proclamation of the Gospel.
Christian Conduct
1 Corinthians 10:31; 1 Timothy 1:17;
1 Thessalonians 5:15; Ephesians 5:8; Philippians 2:15; Matthew 6:19-21;
1 John 2:15-17; Ephesians 4:15-16; Colossians 1:28; 1 Corinthians 14:20;
We believe that a Christian should live for the glory of God and the well-being of his fellow men; that his conduct should be blameless before the world; that he should be a faithful steward of his possessions; and that he should seek to realize for himself and others the full stature of maturity in Christ.
Ordinances
Matthew 28:19-20; Luke 22:19-20; 1 Corinthians 11:24-26; Matthew 28:19-20; Romans 6:4; Colossians 2:12; Luke 22:19-20; John 6:56; 1 Corinthians 10:16-17; 1 Corinthians 10:18-21; Luke 24:31-32
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ has committed two ordinances to the local church, baptism and the Lord's Supper. We believe that Christian baptism is the immersion of the believer in water into the name of the triune God. We believe that the Lord's Supper was instituted by Christ for commemoration of His death and a means of God’s grace by the spiritual presence of Christ. We believe that these two ordinances should be observed and administered until the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Religious Liberty
James 4:12; Romans 14:4; Acts 4:19; 1 Corinthians 7:23; Matthew 28:20; Acts 14:23; Acts 20:28; Matthew 16:19; Matthew 18:15-202 Corinthians 1:24; Mark 12:17; Acts 5:29
We believe that God alone is Lord of conscience and that each local church is to be self-governed by its elders under the Word of God and must be free from interference by any ecclesiastical or political authority.
The Lord'S
dAY
Exodus 20:8; Acts 2:42;
1 Timothy 2:1-2;
Psalm 65:2; Colossians 3:16;

Matthew 18:15-20; Matthew 28:19-20;
Acts 2:38; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26; Acts 2:42; Exodus 20:8-11
We believe that Sunday is the Lord’s Day, the day of public worship for Christians where prayer, singing, Scripture reading, preaching, discipline, baptism, and the Lord’s Supper are to be conducted, and the day of rest from our normal labors and activities.
MARRIAGE
Genesis 2:20-24; Proverbs 2:16-17; Matthew 19:3-6; 1 Corinthians 7:2-5; Malachi 2:14; Ezekiel 16:8; Ephesians 5:22-33;
We believe marriage is an exclusive heterosexual covenant between one man and one woman, ordained and sealed by God, preceded by a public leaving of parents, consummated in sexual union, issuing in a permanent mutually supportive partnership, and normally crowned by the gift of children.
The Last Things
Romans 8:20-25; Acts 1:11; Matthew 24:30; Job 19:25-27;
1 Corinthians 15:12-19; 1 John 3:2; Daniel 12:2; Matthew 25:31-46; Revelation 20:11-15
We believe in the personal and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ and the consummation of His kingdom. We believe in the resurrection of the body, the final judgment, the eternal felicity of the righteous and the endless suffering of the wicked.
